In this video, we'll use the Unreal Engine Take Recorder - great for making high-quality rendered video segments, cut scenes, and even as a ghost car to race against! I'm blown away by how versatile it is, but it fails severely on audio since it can't record sound sources that are spatially positioned in a 3D world (like EVERYTHING is =)
This video also goes through issues you might run into such as Take Recorder not recording Niagara particle effects, sounds, and how to handle camera cut tracks and combine Level Sequences into one animated sequence.

I use a Sony FX3 camera with a Sony FE 2.8/24-70mm GM lens. My primary microphone is now the Shure SM7B, and I use a Rode NTG3 shotgun mic if I need it to be out of view. I downgraded to a Focusrite Solo from my wonderful RME Fireface UFX II that I had to sell when I moved from Sweden to Australia.
